Sharon has inspired me to comment....

I loved Sharon's sports analogy of rounding third.....it does feel like there is a light at the end of tunnel.

I just cannot believe we've covered so much in such a short period of time. Did we really setup Meebo accounts? Seems like years ago. And twitter? Twit what? I just logged in and there seem to be only a few diehard twitters.

I think with each thing I learned, I replaced the previous item unless we used it. I would definitely forget bloglines except I go to it constantly. I'm sure I'll use Flickr but still haven't grasped the value of del.icio.us unless you are sharing a lot. Especially when the best sites have feed widgets so I have them in bloglines. But I guess I don't want a feed from everything.....but access just in case. Still getting my head around all this.

I loved playing with the videos this weekend....I think mainly because I could immediately share and get others involved in the process. My neighbors got a kick out of their video debut and really liked seeing themselves on youtube. They also liked a few of the other "educational" videos like "raisin boats".

I believe the best solution for me will be to teach all these skills to someone else very quickly. As I review the steps and help someone else, I will obtain a partner to share tools with, perhaps to twitter with. The more people I teach, the better I recall the interrelationships which are like spaghetti sometimes.

Okay, I'm tripping over homebase and I forgot to touch third. I'm in trouble now.

ciao
